We facilitate Consumers with access to all 74 operational lounges in India and various lounges across select airports outside India.

I cannot find an airport lounge in my location. Why not?

Not all airports have a participating lounge. Please check with your card issuer or membership service provider for participating lounge if there is one in your location.

How can I access the participating airport lounges?

You can access participating airport lounges through credit cards or debit cards or by using vouchers provided by DreamFolks.

What is the policy for taking guests into the lounge?

If the eligible card has lounge access for the guest also, he/she can take the guest along.

Can I take children into the lounge for free?

Each lounge has its own policies regarding children. Please check the lounge information and confirm the policies, T&C of each individual lounge.

What is Meet & Assist Service?

It’s a service where our representatives will guide you through all checkpoints and the required airport formalities for complete end-to-end assistance. This facility is available at the departure terminal and at the arrival terminal.

How can I book a Meet & Assist service?

All the bookings are to be made atleast 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service usage. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking. If you have any queries on these terms, please contact us at [email protected] before completing the booking process.

Can I take any additional guest with me?

For any additional guests, extra charges will be applicable.

How can I cancel the service request?

Cancellation Policy:

72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time - 3% of the Booking Amount
48 hours prior to scheduled meeting time - 10% of the Booking Amount
24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time - 50% of the Booking Amount
Less than 24 hours - 100% of the Booking Amount

What does Spa offering include?

Consumers may avail of certain specified therapies such as head, neck and shoulder massage, and foot reflexology, at select airports.

Can I Prebook the spa when I travel?

Spas operate on first come first serve basis.

How many spa sessions can I take in one go?

All mentioned above sessions can be taken if therapists are available.

What is the policy for taking guests into the Spa?

Each Spa has its own policies regarding guests. Please check with the individual Spa before entering.

If my flight is delayed or cancelled, can the SPA attendants help me find another flight?

No. Please contact your airline’s customer service team to help with specific flight questions.

What is the Social Club service offered by DreamFolks?

DreamFolks offers access to exclusive Social Clubs in different cities offering social, cultural, and recreational experiences.

What type of verification is required at the social club?

A photo ID is required for verification at the club along with the Membership card and welcome letter. For assistance, contact us at 1800-1234-109.

How many times can I visit same club during my membership period?

You can visit one specific Social Club once per month.

Why does few club booking show requirement of Physical Membership card while booking? If request is raised, what is the TAT of delivery of the physical card?

Access to certain recreational facilities require the mandatory use of a physical membership card linked to your subscription as a part of their mandatory verification. You will be prompted on Webaccess during the booking process, where you can submit your card delivery request. Please note, card delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of request, depending on your city and location. For any queries related to card delivery, kindly contact DreamFolks support team.

Is the Social Club available in both India and abroad? How can I check the list of locations?

Yes, to check the locations, simply log in to the DreamFolks WebAccess portal and browse the list by cities.

Can I bring a guest? Is their access complimentary, and how many guests are allowed? Will this affect my benefits?

Yes, one additional guest is permitted at selected clubs, along with the primary member, spouse, and up to two children (under 18 years). The additional guest option will be visible in the booking form only for clubs that allow this privilege.

How can I get access? Can I just show my bank card/DreamFolks membership at the partnered social club, or is there a specific process?

No, kindly login to the DreamFolks webaccess portal and raise booking as per the booking timeline. Customers with confirmed booking will only be provided access in the Social Club, direct walk-in will not be entertained by the club under this program.

Whom should I contact in case I face any difficulty in gaining entry at the Club?

After booking, DreamFolks shares SPOC details of the club along with the welcome letter. In case of any difficulty in gaining entry at the club you can call us on the DreamFolks helpline at 1800 1234 109. You will be assisted accordingly.

How far in advance do I need to pre-book?

Pre-booking can be done up to 7 days in advance. Bookings must be made at least 48hours before your visit. Government ID and a photo may be required as per the Terms & Conditions.

What is the dress code, if any? Does it vary club to club?

Most of the social clubs follow casual dress code, but it may vary club to club. It's recommended to check the specific club’s guidelines before visiting or may call to DreamFolks support team at 1800-1234-109.

How can I check the available facilities and services? Is only the entry free?

Can I amend my airport transfer booking?

If you want to make changes in your existing booking, you need to contact us via email at [email protected] or call at 18001234109. Making changes would depend on some conditions listed below:

  • Once amendment request is received, we would cancel your existing booking and rebook it with the correct details.
  • While sending emails, kindly capture the below mandatory details
  • Full name (the same name used for the booking)
  • Booking number/Booking Reference ID (it looks like this: 912345)
  • Details to be amended.

How early after my landing time should I schedule my airport pick-up service?

It is recommended to schedule your pick-up 30-40 minutes after your domestic flight landing time if you have check-in luggage, while 20 minutes after would be enough if you only have a carry-on. If you're coming from an international flight, it is recommended to schedule your pick-up an hour or 1.5 hours after landing to give enough time to get through customs. It's also recommended to call your assigned driver once you've landed to inform them that you've arrived, so they know to expect you soon.

What is considered luggage? How many suitcases can I bring? Will my luggage fit the vehicle?

Anything that needs to be stowed away in the trunk of the vehicle will be considered luggage Oversized items (e.g. bikes, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, etc.) will count as 2 pieces of luggage. ***Luggage count would be dependent on the luggage that fits in the boot of the vehicle

What if I have more luggage than expected? Will I be charged extra for luggage?

Additional luggage from the permissible limit might attract additional charges or may lead to denial of service if there is an issue accommodating passengers along with the luggage.

What should I do if my driver is late, or I can't find my driver?

It is recommended to make a booking at least 24 hrs before the date of your trip to secure a high-quality transfer service

Can I choose the terminal for my pick-up/drop-off?

You can enter your flight number when placing your order. The driver will then wait for you at/take you to the appropriate terminal. Is it mandatory to pre-pay? Can Imake payment after ride completion?
