Private Members - only Clubs
  • Reservations of any service at any recreational facility can be done through web-access portal only.
  • Reservation of the recreational facility is exclusively available for the users with entitled benefits.
  • DreamFolks club membership entitles you to access the amenities offered at participating recreational facilities. However, any charges associated with the use of these amenities are determined solely by the respective facility and must be settled directly by the member with the facility at the time of use. DreamFolks does not set or collect amenity charges and is not responsible for any such fees

  • Access to the one specified recreational facility is limited to once per month per Subscriber.
  • Access to certain recreational facilities require the mandatory use of a physical membership card linked to your subscription. You will be prompted on Webaccess during the booking process, where you can submit your card delivery request. Please note, card delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your city and location.
  • All reservations must be made as per the reservation conditions on the DreamFolks Web-access portal. Direct walk-in would not be honoured by the recreational facilities under this program.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by DreamFolks team to the Subscriber via the Web-access portal and/or email and/or through WhatsApp.
  • It is important for the subscribers to provide accurate details while making a reservation to avoid any last-minute confusion at recreational facilities. Inaccurate details may result in denial of entry without liability to DreamFolks.
  • Subscribers are required to present the welcome letter and digital card along with a valid government-issued ID at the recreational facilities for getting the access.
  • DreamFolks shall not be liable for any acts and/ or omissions on part of the recreational facilities, including without limitation matters relating to cleanliness, deficiency in service, quality of food, foreign objects in food, wrong order being served, time taken to serve and/ or any other experience of the subscriber at the recreational facilities. These matters must be directed to the respective recreational facility.
  • DreamFolks offers a fixed pre-defined service at the recreational facilities.
  • No additional or substitute service other than the one booked would be offered at the recreational facilities.
  • For any transaction(s) done directly between the subscriber(s) and a facility, any outlet operator/ service provider/ third-party, shall be entirely at the subscriber’s risk, and DreamFolks shall not be responsible in any manner, including without limitation matter relating to additional services, payment and/ or service dispute etc.
  • Any changes or rescheduling of an existing Reservation will be treated as a new reservation, and the standard reservation turnaround time (TAT) would apply.
  • The recreational facilities reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to any operational or safety circumstances (e.g., maintenance, staff unavailability, etc.), DreamFolks shall not be responsible in any manner for the cancellation and rescheduling.
  • Any damages caused by the subscriber themselves or by their accompanying person to the recreational facilities’ property, staff, and/ or to any other guest/s and/ or guest’s property must be compensated by the responsible party and to be dealt directly between the parties. DreamFolks is not responsible for providing any compensation whatsoever in this case.
  • Recreational facility has the right to immediately terminate the services or refuse entry to a subscriber who is either highly intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the recreational facilities, DreamFolks policies, or any statutory, regulatory terms or governing authorities’ policy, including but not limited to health and/ or safety policies, and/ or fire and/ or weapon and/or safety regulations. Any unwarranted behaviour with staff or other guests, advances, comments and/ or requests made will result in immediate termination of service/subscription without any refund and/ or further recourse.
  • Subscribers are responsible for their guests’ behaviour and must ensure compliance with recreational facilities’/DreamFolks’ policies
  • DreamFolks & the participating recreational facilities reserves the right to modify or relocate reservations, if required. Consent for the same will be taken in advance from the primary subscriber in case of any significant changes.
  • Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever.
  • DreamFolks explicitly disclaims any warranty in relation to the service, and shall not under any circumstances and in no manner whatsoever, be responsible for any claims relating to and/ or arising out of subscriber’s use of service, including without limitation, any claims relating to sickness, injury (including personal injury), death and/ or any sort of costs, damages, losses etc. suffered directly and/ or indirectly by the subscriber, related persons and or any third party.
  • In the event a subscriber has any claim regarding the service including without limitation in relation to the proficiency, quality and/ or merchantability etc., any and all such claims by the subscriber are required to be made directly to the respective recreational facility, and the subscriber agrees that neither DreamFolks nor any other third-party (except the respective recreational facility) shall be responsible/ liable in respect of any such claims/ complaints.
  • DreamFolks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or update the list of participating outlets/ recreational facilities, where the service will be available or service options (as the case may be), from the existing inventory at any time without prior notification.
  • For the facilitation of this service, DreamFolks may collect and process limited Customer information, including personal data. Such data will be collected, processed, and used strictly in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that any information (including personal information) provided by it while booking/ availing the benefit may further be shared with the ultimate service provider for the purpose of service fulfilment.
  • By reserving / availing the service, it is deemed that the service receiver and/ or subscriber has, before availing the service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation and/ or qualification, all terms and conditions associated with the service. The ultimate service provider may require additional terms/ conditions to be observed, and in order to avail the benefit, the Customer shall be obligated to also follow/ adhere to such additional terms/ conditions.
  • Subscriber agrees to abide by, observe and follow all rules, regulations, terms and conditions etc. of the recreational facility( ies ). Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that in the event of non-observance/ violation of any rules, regulations, terms and conditions etc. of the recreational facility( ies ), the respective entities reserve the right to cancel the reservation/ deny the provision of service. In such event, no refund/ replacement reservation can be provided
  • DreamFolks reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions. without prior notice.
  • All recreational facilities are governed by specific policies such as:
    • A restricted time duration.
    • Enforcement of a dress code, or a restriction on the attire.
    • Other recreational facilities-specific rules, such as guest, child, pet, etc.

  • Acceptance of requests for bookings Golf lessons/ games are subject to availability and acceptance at the discretion of Golf clubs/ academies/ instructors.
  • Any person availing Golf-related service hereunder will not be granted access unless the booking is routed and processed via DreamFolks. Golf Clubs/ Academies/ Instructors shall not entertain any direct correspondence/ enquiries and/ or attempts for bookings directly from the Customers.
  • DreamFolks reserves the right to change the golf clubs/ learning facilities at which the benefits are being offered without notice.
  • Golf service is valid for access to Golf course only. Customers and/ or accompanying persons (if any are permitted) shall not have access to any other facilities at the Golf facility.
  • All Customers and/ accompanying persons must follow all local/ in-house/ establishment’s usage rules, including limits of access to use the facilities.
  • Golf service provided hereunder cannot be used in conjunction with any other Golf programme.
  • DreamFolks does not underwrite and/ or warrant the services performed by the Golf courses/ academies/ instructors and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay and/ or imperfection in such services, or for any loss or damage or any personal or bodily injury suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the services provided.
  • All payments and any other charges requiring pre-payment must be made at the time of the booking.
  • All Customers are required to pay for range balls, caddie fees, insurance, and/ or hire of equipment etc. directly at the Golf facility, wherever applicable.
  • The benefits offered to the Customer are exclusive and are non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • The Golf facility has the right to deny access/ additionally charge the person if s/he is found to be attempting to be using the booking on behalf of the primary Customer.
  • All Customers must present photo identification as a matter of mandatory requirement for verification at the Golf facility.
  • It shall solely be the responsibility of the Customer to fulfil the minimum flight conditions in respect of each booking request, and DreamFolks shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to assist any Customer to achieve the minimum flight condition numbers.
  • A Customer shall be permitted to make a booking a maximum of 14 days in advance and can hold only one booking at a time.
  • Should the service be suspended and/ or cancelled after commencing the round due to rain, inclement weather, and/ or for any other reason, there will be no refund of any pre-paid charges.
  • For service booked to be availed on a Saturday/ Sunday/Restricted Holiday/ Public Holiday, weekend rates shall be applicable.
  • Customers may be allowed to play on the same flight with a Club Member/ other Green Fee-paying guest, subject to fulfilment of the minimum flight conditions, and the Club Member/ other Green Fee-paying guest having already made the booking prior to the Customer’s request. In such cases, the Customer must provide the details of the Club Member who the Customer will be joining for the Golf game, including the exact details of the Golf booking held by such Club Member/ other Green Fee-paying guest. The information provided will be first verified from the specified golf club, and the booking request will be processed only after the details provided by the Customer have been confirmed by the relevant Golf facility.
  • Tournament dates at Golf facilities are black-out dates.
  • The Golf service is valid for access only to individuals and is not valid for any group bookings, unless otherwise specified.
  • DreamFolks and participating establishment(s) reserve their absolute rights to alter/ withdraw any of the terms and conditions of the service, or complete offer at any time without notice.
  • In the event, the Customer does not turn-up at the Golf facility on the day/ designated time of service, the booking will be considered as “NO SHOW”. No refund shall be made in respect of such cases
  • Handicap score/ card is mandatory for making bookings for Golf game.
  • Golf club member is mandatory for making bookings on weekends and holidays at specific golf clubs.
  • Most Golf facilities have universally acceptable Golfing dress codes. In general, a collared shirt and trousers is fine. Golf courses/ facilities do not allow denim trousers. Golf Shorts of appropriate knee length are allowed. At some Golf courses/ facilities it is required to keep your shirt tucked in. Please ensure you wear a proper set of Golf shoes with soft spikes for all Golfing sessions.

  • Delivery of service is subject to force majeure conditions. In the event of occurrence of any force majeure condition which limits the service provider’s ability to deliver the service, service delivery may not be completed without any liability of either the service provider and/ or of DreamFolks.
  • For any transaction(s) done directly between the Customer(s) and any outlet operator/ service provider/ third-party, DreamFolks shall not be responsible in any manner, including without limitation matter relating to payment and/ or service dispute etc.
  • DreamFolks reserves right to modify any of the terms and conditions with a prior intimation as per standard timelines.
  • By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation and/ or qualification, all terms and conditions associated with the Service.

  • DreamFolks club members shall be entitled to avail services only from the predefined categories available at participating outlets under this program.
  • All service offerings are strictly subject to availability at the respective outlet and may vary. No assurance or guarantee is provided regarding the continuous availability of any specific service or product.
  • Under this service, it is expressly clarified that the complimentary coffee must be identical to the one purchased by the customer. In the event of non-availability of the Customer's selected product or service, the Participating Outlet staff will inform the Customer of alternative options available from the approved menu or service list. The Customer may then select from the available alternatives or choose to forego the service entirely..
  • In the event the Customer foregoes the Service or the QR code remains unused, the code shall automatically expire after forty-eight (48) hours. Any amount paid in such case shall be refunded within 7 working days .
  • In the event a customer avails any product(s) and/or service(s) beyond the standard offering, the customer shall be solely responsible for making prior inquiries regarding such product(s)/service(s) and for directly paying all applicable charges to the outlet. DreamFolks shall neither be liable nor responsible for the availability, quality, or pricing of such additional product(s)/service(s).
  • The service is non-exchangeable, non-transferable either in whole or in part, for cash, credit, or any other substitute.
  • It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to: (a) verify and confirm the ingredients, and allergens prior to consumption; (b) clearly inform the outlet of any dietary restrictions or allergies; and (c) verify that the order received corresponds to the order placed. DreamFolks assumes no liability for any consequences arising from failure to comply with the above.
  • DreamFolks shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any acts, errors, omissions, or deficiencies on the part of the outlet, including but not limited to: issues relating to hygiene, service delays, substandard quality, incorrect or incomplete orders, or any other customer experience arising at the outlet.
  • DreamFolks expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, or undertakings, whether express or implied, relating to the service. Under no circumstances shall DreamFolks be held liable for any claims, costs, damages (direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive), illnesses, injuries (including personal injury), or death, incurred or suffered by the Customer, any accompanying persons, or third parties, arising in connection with or resulting from the use of the service.
  • DreamFolks reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without a prior notice, to add, remove, or amend the list of participating outlets, or to alter, withdraw, or replace any service options offered under this program.
  • Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever.
  • By booking and/or availing the service, the Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, without limitation or qualification. The ultimate service provider may require additional terms/ conditions to be observed, and in order to avail the benefit, the Customer shall be obligated to also follow/ adhere to such additional terms/ conditions.
  • DreamFolks reserves the unconditional right to modify, vary, or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • Any transaction(s) undertaken directly between the Customer and the outlet operator, service provider, or third party shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the Customer. DreamFolks shall have no involvement in, or liability whatsoever for, matters including but not limited to: pricing, payments, service delivery, disputes, or deficiencies relating to such transaction(s).
  • For the facilitation of this service, DreamFolks may collect and process limited Customer information, including personal data. Such data will be collected, processed, and used strictly in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Airport Lounges -– Outside India
  • The access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis . Access to/ usage of service(s) may be subject to terms/ conditions/ restrictions imposed by the lounge and/ or governing authorities from time-to-time, which are required to be followed and adhered to.
  • Participating lounges reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator, and it may impose a charge for extended stays, which is to be borne directly by the Customer (if applicable).
  • Before extending the lounges access, name of Customer on the voucher/ card will be matched with the name on the boarding pass/ ticket to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder/ voucher holder only. The service is only available for intended customer, and is non-transferable.
  • The provision of free food/ drinks (whether alcoholic, or others) - if applicable as part of service, subject to wherever local law permits, is at the discretion of each participating lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. In the vent Customer avails any additional services (which are not included within the standard offering) the Customer is responsible to make prior inquiries before availing any such services, and shall be responsible for directly paying the charges, if any, to the operator.
  • Each lounge follows certain food offerings, and child-related policy, Customer is responsible to make prior inquiries in this respect with the lounge, before entry.
  • Lounge staff has the right to terminate the Customer’s visit early, or to refuse entry to a Customer, who is either intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion, or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the lounge conditions or any statutory, regulatory terms or airport authorities’ policy, including but not limited to health and/ or safety policies, and/ or fire and/ or safety regulations.
  • By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation and/ or qualification, all terms and conditions associated with the Service.
  • DreamFolks reserves right to modify any of the terms and conditions with a prior intimation as per standard timelines.

Highway Dining
  • The service is offered strictly under predefined categories (including but not limited to breakfast, lunch, dinner, or fixed meal options), which may vary across outlets. Customers may select their preferred option from the choices made available at the time of transaction .
  • Once a Customer has selected the preferred option and the transaction has been processed, no modification or substitution of the selected option shall be permitted thereafter.
  • Only Customers presenting a valid QR code generated through the DreamFolks web access portal or scanning QR code placed at Outlets shall be eligible to avail the service. Customers attempting to walk in without a valid DreamFolks-issued QR code shall not be permitted to avail the benefits, under any circumstances
  • All service offerings are strictly subject to availability. In the event a Customer elects to avail any product(s) or service(s) not expressly included within the standard offering, the Customer shall be solely responsible for making all necessary prior inquiries. Any applicable charges for such additional product(s) or service(s) shall be borne exclusively by the Customer and shall be paid directly to the outlet/operator.
  • In the event of non-availability of any product or service, the participating outlet staff shall inform the Customer of alternative options available from the agreed list. The Customer may then select from the available alternatives or choose to forego the service entirely.
  • In the event the Customer foregoes the Service or the QR code remains unused, the code shall automatically expire after forty-eight (48) hours.
  • The service is strictly non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash, credit, goods, or any other consideration.
  • Where a Customer avails any additional service(s) beyond the standard offering, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to make prior inquiries in this regard and to settle any applicable charges directly with the operator or outlet. DreamFolks shall have no involvement in, or liability for, such arrangements.

  • DreamFolks shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for acts, errors, or omissions attributable to the outlet, including but not limited to: matters concerning hygiene, deficiency in service, quality of food and beverages, inclusion of foreign objects, errors in order fulfilment, delays in service, or any other aspects of the Customer’s experience at the outlet.
  • DreamFolks expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, in relation to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamFolks shall not be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages), losses, injuries (including personal injury), illness, allergic reactions, or death, suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by the Customer, any accompanying person, or any third party, arising out of or in connection with the service.
  • DreamFolks reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to update, alter, or withdraw the list of participating outlets and/or the available options from its inventory.

Railway Lounges - India
  • The access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Access to/ usage of service(s) may be subject to terms/ conditions/ restrictions imposed by the lounge and/ or governing authorities from time-to-time, which are required to be followed and adhered to.
  • Participating lounges reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator, and it may impose a charge for extended stays, which is to be borne directly by the Customer (if applicable).
  • Before extending the lounges access, name of Customer on the voucher/ card will be matched with the name on the ticket to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder/ voucher holder only. The service is only available for intended Customer, and is non-transferable.
  • The provision of complimentary food/ drinks (whether alcoholic, or others) - if applicable as part of service, subject to wherever local law permits, is at the discretion of each participating lounge operator and in some cases may be limited.   • The discount benefit (“Service”) is facilitated by DreamFolks in collaboration with participating cinema operators PVR and INOX (Collectively “Cinema Partner”). DreamFolks acts solely as a facilitator of the Service and does not own, operate, control, or manage cinema, their services or any part of their food and beverage operations in any manner.
  • The Service entitles eligible Customers to get discount coupon on purchase of movie ticket , subject strictly to the terms set out herein. Any cost over and above the discounted amount shall be borne entirely by the Customer and paid directly to the Cinema Partner at the time of purchase.
  • To avail the Service, the Customer must mandatorily generate a valid, unique promo code through the DreamFolks web-access portal prior to redemption.
  • The entitlement shall be deducted from the Customer’s available benefits immediately upon generation of the promo code from the web-access portal irrespective of whether redemption is completed with the Cinema Partner.
  • The promo code so generated shall be directly applied by the Customer while booking movie on the Cinema Partner’s official website, mobile application or at the counter while placing order.

  • Access to personal grooming services shall be provided strictly subject to availability and shall depend on the occupancy and operational capacity of the respective outlet at the time of availing the service.
  • This service strictly entitles the Customer to complimentary Haircut, Manicure, Pedicure or Facial service only as per the entitlement. No other grooming, styling, personal care, or ancillary services shall be included or provided under this entitlement. Any additional services availed shall be outside the scope of this offer and shall be separately chargeable to the Customer, payable directly to the outlet/operator
  • Each participating outlet shall operate strictly in accordance with its own defined business hours, which may vary across outlets. DreamFolks shall not be liable for any unavailability of the service due to outlet-specific operational hours.
  • It shall be the sole responsibility of each Customer to declare and fully disclose any medical condition(s), health issue(s), or allergy( ies ) that may restrict, limit, or otherwise prevent the Customer from availing the service (whether fully or partially). DreamFolks and/or the outlet shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible or liable for any illness, injury, reaction, condition, or adverse event suffered or aggravated by the Customer on account of availing the service.
  • To avail complimentary access, entitled Customer shall be required to generate a valid voucher/QR code through the DreamFolks web-access portal. Access to the service shall not be granted without such voucher/QR code.
  • Once a voucher/QR code has been created, it must be redeemed strictly within its validity period.
  • Advance booking of the service shall not be permitted through the Service Provider’s web-access portal. However, Customers may directly contact the respective outlet to request a reservation. Airport Transfer
  • The service shall be availed strictly and exclusively at either the origin or the destination location(s) of the Customer’s confirmed travel itinerary. Under no circumstances shall the service be availed at any alternate location not forming part of the said itinerary.
  • As a mandatory condition precedent to the booking, the Customer shall upload a valid PNR corresponding to the relevant travel itinerary. Such PNR shall be subject to verification by DreamFolks. The booking request shall be treated as approved for creation only upon successful verification.
  • In the event the uploaded PNR is invalid, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise unverifiable, DreamFolks reserves the absolute right to decline, cancel, or revoke the booking without incurring any liability whatsoever.
  • All bookings must be made strictly in advance, in accordance with the advance booking timelines indicated below:

  • Customer can only select from the available vehicle category while creating booking. The vehicle category cannot be upgraded or changed thereafter, under any circumstances.
  • Fulfilment of service is strictly subject to availability. In case of non-availability, the service will be rejected without liability on DreamFolks.
  • On the travel date, the driver shall wait at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. DreamFolks shall not bear liability for any delay on the part of the Customer.
  • If the Customer fails to inform the driver of any delay and/ or does not appear at the scheduled meeting point, the booking shall be treated as a "No Show." In such cases, 100% amount will be charged against such bookings.
  • It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that luggage is appropriately accommodated within the vehicle category/segment booked and as per prevailing rules and restrictions. The Customer shall book an appropriate vehicle category/segment accordingly.
  • Subject to the vehicle capacity, a maximum of three (3) passengers and three (3) luggage units shall be permitted per booking.
  • No detours or stopovers are permitted. Any deviation requested by the Customer shall attract additional charges, which must be paid directly by the Customer to the service provider, at charges determined by the vendor.
  • Customers are solely responsible for the custody and care of all their luggage and personal belongings. Customers must ensure such items are not left unattended. DreamFolks shall not assume responsibility or liability for loss, theft, or damage of any kind to Customer belongings.
  • Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever.
  • DreamFolks shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for delays, losses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, caused or suffered by the Customer while availing the service, including but not limited to delays due to traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, loss of luggage, accidents, personal injury, or death.

Buffet at Premium Hotels
  • The buffet ("Service") is facilitated by DreamFolks in collaboration with select participating hotels DreamFolks acts solely as a facilitator of the Service and does not operate, control, or manage accommodation, hospitality or food and beverage services in any manner.
  • Eligibility to avail the Service shall be strictly limited to Customers who are actively travelling and are resident at the participating Hotel. To validate eligibility, Customer must upload a valid PNR through the DreamFolks web-access portal for validation. This Service shall be provided only upon successful validation of the PNR by the DreamFolks team.
  • Approval TAT for DF to approve- DreamFolks shall process and approve eligibility requests within twenty-four (24) Hours of submission, subject to successful validation.
  • The Service shall be availed strictly and exclusively at the destination location specified on the validated PNR. Under no circumstances shall the Service be availed at the origin location or any other location not forming part of the validated travel itinerary.
  • To avail the Service, customer must generate a valid, QR code through the DreamFolks web-access portal. Only Customers presenting such valid QR code shall be permitted by the Participating Hotel to avail the Service. Walk-in/Additional Guest requests without a valid QR code shall be strictly denied, and no claim shall be entertained.
  • In the event the Customer foregoes the Service or the QR code remains unused, the code shall automatically expire after forty-eight (48) hours from the time of generation.
  • It is mandatory that the customer is staying at the participating Hotel to avail this offer. The Service shall not be extended to visitors, walk-ins, or Customers who are not booked as overnight guests of the hotel.
  • For any additional guest(s), Customers can directly enquire and make payment at the participating hotel.
  • Each Customer shall be entitled to avail only the buffet as defined by the Participating Hotel under this program. No additional services (including, without limitation, beverages, special menu items, add-ons, or ancillary services) are included. Any such additional items requested shall be at the sole expense of the Customer and must be settled by the Customer directly with the Participating Hotel.
  • The Service is strictly personal, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, against cash, credits, goods, or any other substitute.
  • The buffet service at partner hotels is offered exclusively during designated hours as determined by the respective hotel. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the availability, timing, and any applicable conditions of the buffet prior to availing the Service. DreamFolks expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for the unavailability of buffet service or any deficiency in service quality.

Health Check-up
  • All bookings for pathology services must be made strictly through the designated DreamFolks booking// web-access portal.
  • All bookings requests must be placed at least two (2) clear calendar days in advance of the scheduled service date. Orders placed outside this period shall be deemed ineligible.
  • Upon receipt of a valid booking, the service provider will contact the Customer within two (2) hours using the details provided in the booking request.
  • All pre-requisites, precautions, and preparation steps required prior to sample collection will be communicated directly by the service provider to the Customer via telephone and/or e mail. It shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility to comply with such instructions. Non-compliance may adversely affect sample quality or test results, for which DreamFolks bears no liability.
  • The service provider shall share the diagnostic report(s) directly with the Customer within 72 hours of sample collection (depending on the nature of the tests) via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • If the sample gets contaminated, resampling will be done without any extra cost. However, DreamFolks shall not be held liable for any delays, issues, inconvenience caused or any such circumstances or exchange during the whole re-sampling process.
  • All bookings requests are subject to acceptance and confirmation at the service provider’s sole discretion and strictly on the basis of availability. The service provider reserves the right to reject any booking request without assigning reasons.
  • DreamFolks acts solely as a facilitator of the service. DreamFolks does not undertake or provide pathology services, does not collect samples, does not generate or interpret test reports, and shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for the collection of samples, the quality or accuracy, reliability of pathology tests, delivery of results, delays, or interpretation of such test report results. Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever. DreamFolks makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, regarding the services including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of results. Customers are advised to consult their physician before acting upon any test results.
  • The standard sample collection window is between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM daily. These timings may be modified by the service provider at its discretion based on availability, operational exigencies, or special circumstances.

Such data will be collected, processed, and used strictly in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.   • If the Customer is unavailable for sample collection at the agreed date, time, and/or location, or if the Customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or invalid contact details, or remains unresponsive, the booking will be treated as a “No Show.” In such case, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund or rescheduling of the booking
  • Once created, bookings cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances.

  • The delivery of services shall be subject to force majeure conditions, including but not limited to natural calamities, governmental restrictions, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, epidemics, accidents, operational disruptions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the service provider and/or DreamFolks. Neither the service provider nor DreamFolks shall bear liability in the event of service delays, non-performance, or cancellation due to such circumstances.

  • The service and subscription access are governed solely by Cult.fit’s user agreements, schedules, class formats, and operational policies.

Hotel Room Upgrade
  • The complimentary room upgrade benefit is facilitated by DreamFolks in collaboration with select participating Hotels. DreamFolks acts solely as a facilitator of the benefit and does not operate, control, or manage accommodation or hospitality services in any manner. Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever.
  • The Service is applicable only to Customers holding a valid and confirmed Base category room booking at a Participating Hotel. Also, Room upgrade shall not be applicable if the guest extends his/her booking (for the extended period)
  • To avail this Service, Customers must generate a valid, QR code through DreamFolks’ designated web-access portal prior to check-in.
  • Walk-in requests without a valid QR code will not be entertained by the Participating Hotel.
  • This service shall apply strictly and exclusively to upgrades from a Base room category to the immediate next higher room category only and is subject to availability of the room in next category at the time of check-in. Customers holding bookings in any other room category shall not be entitled to avail this benefit. No suite-level or premium-category upgrades shall be provided under this Service.
  • The Customer must present both, valid QR code issued via DreamFolks’ portal and the confirmed base room booking at the time of check-in.
  • The Service shall be applicable strictly per booking-per room and is non-transferable to other rooms, reservations, or individuals.
  • The Service cannot be combined with other promotional offers, packages, or discounts unless expressly permitted by the Participating Hotel.
  • The Service does not include meal plans, in-room amenities, extra beds, early check-in, late check-out, or other privileges. Any additional services requested shall be settled directly with the Participating Hotel by the Customer.
  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out times shall apply.
  • Room upgrades are strictly subject to availability . DreamFolks shall not guarantee availability, category, or delivery of the upgraded room.
  • Customers must comply with policies of the Participating Hotel. Customers are responsible for settling all incidental charges, taxes, or extras not included in the upgrade benefit.
  • DreamFolks shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable for the standards, quality, or adequacy of accommodation or services provided by Participating Hotels.
  • DreamFolks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Service and shall not be liable for any claims, demands, costs, losses (direct or indirect), damages, illness, theft, injury, or inconvenience arising out of or related to the Customer’s stay or use of the Service.
  • Delivery of the Service shall be subject to force majeure conditions including, but not limited to, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, operational exigencies, or other events beyond the reasonable control of DreamFolks and/or the Participating Hotel.
  • The Service is strictly personal, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, against cash, credits, goods, or any other substitute.
  • DreamFolks reserves the absolute right, at its discretion, to amend, vary, or withdraw the Service, participating hotels, or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, subject only to applicable notification requirements.
  • Any transaction or dispute arising directly between the Customer and a Participating Hotel, including payments, additional charges, or services outside this benefit, shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the Customer. JioHotstar Subscription
  • The subscription benefit is facilitated by DreamFolks in collaboration with participating content platforms including but not limited to Jio Hotstar. DreamFolks acts solely as a facilitator of this complimentary subscription benefit and has no role in creating, managing, or supplying content. Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever.
  • The Service entitles Customers to apply for and activate subscription or benefits offered by the Service Partner through a promo code generated on the DreamFolks web-access portal.
  • Customers may choose either of the subscriptions from Jio Hotstar as per the offered entitlement .
  • The entitlement shall be deducted from the Customer’s available benefits immediately upon generation of the promo code from the web-access portal.
  • The validity period of the promo-code is determined by the offered entitlement and will be explicitly displayed to the Customer on the DreamFolks web-access portal at the time of promo code generation
  • This service provides a fixed-duration subscription with a validity period as specified on the offered entitlement for Jio Hotstar shall get in force from the date of redemption of the Promocode .
  • Customers must redeem the promo code exclusively on the Service Partner’s official website or mobile application during activation or checkout.
  • Promo codes will be valid for one-time use only and shall not be assigned, transferable, refundable exchangeable, resold, duplicated, or redeemable for cash or any other substitute.
  • Customers are required to either hold or create a valid account on the respective Service Partner platform to avail the Service.
  • The subscription features, content access, streaming quality, renewal, pricing, technical capability, or duration are solely determined by the Service Partner. DreamFolks shall not be liable for availability of content, policy changes, subscription coverage, or removal of features.

  • The dining discount benefit is facilitated by Dreamfolks Services Limited. DreamFolks does not itself operate, own, or manage any restaurants covered under this program. Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever
  • The Service entitles eligible instant discount as per the benefit offered to the customers at select participating restaurants only.
  • To avail the Service, the Customer must select the correct participating restaurant name from the list available on the DreamFolks web-access portal at the time of initiating the transaction.
  • It shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility to carefully choose the correct restaurant from the available list before proceeding with payment. DreamFolks shall not be liable in any manner for wrong selection made by the Customer.
  • The Customer is required to make payment of the net bill amount (after deduction of the applicable discount) directly through the DreamFolks web-access portal. Payments made outside the portal shall not be eligible for discount under this Service.
  • The Service is valid only against transactions carried out through DreamFolks’ web-access portal. Walk-in requests or direct payments at the restaurant without routing through the portal will not qualify for any discount by DreamFolks.
  • The Service applies only to a single transaction at a time and cannot be clubbed with multiple bills, split bills, or combined across multiple restaurants.
  • The Service cannot be clubbed, combined, or redeemed in conjunction with any other scheme, promotion, discount, offer, gift voucher, coupon, or benefit offered by participating restaurants or third parties.
  • The Service is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part for cash, credit, or any other substitute.

Spa @ Cities
  • The spa discount benefit (“Service”) is facilitated by DreamFolks Services Limited (“DreamFolks”). DreamFolks acts solely as a facilitator of the Service and does not itself operate, own, or manage any spa or wellness centers covered under this program. Customers agree and acknowledge that all the benefits/ services are being made available on 'as-is' and 'as available' basis, and that DreamFolks is not liable/ responsible with respect to any issues related to merchantability/ quality/ warranties, etc. whatsoever.
  • The Service entitles eligible Customers to an instant discount of up to ten percent (10%) of the total bill value, subject to a maximum discount of INR 500 per transaction, at select participating spa outlets in designated cities.
  • To avail the Service, the Customer must select the correct participating spa name from the list available on the DreamFolks web-access portal at the time of initiating the transaction.
  • It shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to carefully select the correct participating spa before proceeding with payment. DreamFolks shall not be liable for any incorrect selection made by the Customer.
  • The Customer must make payment of the net bill amount (after deduction of the applicable discount) directly through the DreamFolks web-access portal. Payments made directly at spa outlets, or outside of the portal, shall not be eligible for the discount under this Service.
  • The Service is valid only against transactions carried out through the DreamFolks web-access portal. Walk-in requests or direct payments at spa outlets without routing through the portal will not qualify for any discount by DreamFolks.
  • The Service applies only to a single transaction at a time and cannot be clubbed with multiple invoices, split bills, or combined across different spa outlets.
  • The Service cannot be combined, clubbed, or redeemed with any other package, promotion, discount, offer, gift voucher, coupon, or benefit made available by the spa.
  • Each participating spa outlet may have its own defined operational hours, which may vary across outlets. Operational hours are subject to change at the discretion of the outlet or relevant authorities. Customers are required to adhere to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by spa outlets and/or authorities from time to time.
  • Each Customer shall bear sole responsibility to declare and disclose any medical condition(s), health issues, or allergies that may prevent or restrict them from availing spa services. DreamFolks and/or participating spas shall not be liable in any manner for any illness, injury, reaction, or incident suffered or aggravated by the Customer arising from or in connection with availing spa services.
  • Spa staff shall have the right to terminate a session or refuse service/entry to any Customer who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants; behaving in a disorderly, abusive, or unsafe manner; or in violation of spa outlet policies, regulatory health and safety requirements, or statutory provisions. Any unwarranted conduct, including sexual advances, inappropriate comments, or requests, shall result in immediate termination of service without refund and without further recourse. DreamFolks shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any such behaviour by Customers, nor for any refusal of service, denial of entry, or termination of a session by a spa outlet in such cases.
  • DreamFolks does not guarantee services by, or from, any specific spa therapist, staff member, or therapist gender. Allocation of staff shall be at the sole discretion of the spa outlet.
  • DreamFolks shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for ( i ) the quality, hygiene, adequacy, or safety of treatments/services provided by participating spas; (ii) the conduct or omissions of spa staff; or (iii) any loss, damage, injury, illness (including allergic reactions), or other consequences suffered by the Customer or third parties while availing spa services.
  • The Service is strictly personal, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, against cash, credits, goods, or any other substitute.

Travel SIM
  • Booking request for any SIM services must be raised on DreamFolks’ portal, a minimum of two (02) clear days prior to date of requirement/ travel date on the DreamFolks portal.
  • Service fulfilment is subject to availability of SIM/eSIM.
  • SIM to be issued only post successful completion of KYC as mandated by the ultimate service provider.
  • All service parameters, including without limitation, network coverage, speed, and service quality etc., are determined by the telecom operator and may vary depending on location, network conditions, and other factors.
  • Any network/ SIM-related issues to be reported to and resolved by directly the ultimate SIM-service provider only.
  • By availing/ using the SIM, it is deemed accepted that the customers shall unconditionally agree with the terms of use of the service/ SIM, as prescribed by the respective telecom operator and shall not use the services as and where prohibited. Non-exhaustive examples of prohibited usage are: usage for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, including actions that interfere with service provider’s ability to provide service, abuse bonus and/ or promotional programs, avoid payment obligations, compromise network security or capacity, excessively contribute to network congestion, adversely affect network service levels, illegitimate data flows, degrade network performance, and/ or harm the network or other customers, etc.
  • DreamFolks or the telecom operator makes no warranties and expressly disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or continuous supply of content or information from third-party sites or resources accessed through the service.
  • DreamFolks is not responsible for any illegal, unauthorized and/ or fraudulent activities etc. carried out by the customer using the SIM.
  • DreamFolks is not responsible for any harm caused by any content accessed using the service or otherwise. Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding the device/ equipment etc. with suitable anti-virus software.
  • The services may be suspended and/ or terminated without any liability to DreamFolks, and without any notice to the Customer, in the following events:
    • Failure of Customer’s KYC.
    • Usage of the service in violation of the terms of use of service, as prescribed by the telecom operator, and as per the provisions of applicable / governing laws.
    • As per the orders/ instructions/ guidelines of Government/ statutory/ law enforcement authority.
  • DreamFolks reserves right to modify any of the terms and conditions with a prior intimation as per standard timelines.

Visa At Your Doorstep (VAYD)
  • This service can only be booked post visa appointment generation.
  • This Service is subject to availability and final confirmation by the service provider. Please note that booking the Service on DreamFolks’ portal does not confirm the booking.
  • The grant or refusal of the visa is at the sole discretion of the embassy/ consulate and availing this Service and/ or any other value-added services will not affect the processing time and/ or decision with respect to visa application.
  • DreamFolks is neither involved in the process nor is liable and/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever with respect to the grant or rejection of the visa application of any customer by the embassy/ consulate.
  • The VAYD service does not cover the cost of travel of the final service provider’s employee(s)/ representatives who visit the Customer’s location for fulfilment of the Service. The Customer is responsible to make the required travel booking and expenses.
  • All additional expenses, other than the cost of VAYD service, including without limitation, travel of final service provider’s employee(s)/ representatives, etc. shall be charged directly by, and as per the rates of the final service provider & be borne by the Customer directly. Any such charges paid by the Customer are non-refundable.
  • The cost of this Service does not include visa application fee.

Floral gifting
  • Customers are required to book their orders on DreamFolks’ provided portal. All preferences need to be carefully mentioned while creating the booking/ availing the Service.
  • All orders are to be placed two (02) clear days in advance of when the service is required to be completed.
  • Order delivery window is between 9 AM – 9 PM. This timing is subject to change due to availability/ special occasions.
  • Any order placed is subject to acceptance at the discretion of the vendor, basis availability of items. Vendor may reject the booking in case of non-availability of items.
  • In case of delivery is not possible on public holidays and/ or any other restriction, orders will be delivered on the next day.
  • To avoid any issues with the delivery, Customers are required to ensure including all details correctly and completely, such as: address, including accurate postcode of the intended delivery address, landmark and contact number, together with alternate contact number and e-mail address.
  • "Preferred Delivery Time" is obtained from the Customer for convenience, and best efforts will be made to deliver the order during the said time, however the same is not guaranteed, and DreamFolks cannot be held responsible for delivery outside such preferred time.
  • If the intended recipient is not found at the address provided, the order may be delivered to a neighbour, front desk or security, as per your instructions. In all such events, the order will be considered as delivered, and DreamFolks will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items.
  • If the recipient's number is incorrect/ not responding/ is unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and such orders would be considered as “NO SHOW”. In such cases, no refunds shall be made.
  • If for any reason, the delivery is "refused by recipient", the order will be considered as delivery attempted, and no refund shall be made.
